Every piece is handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, brush strokes, and finish are natural. These are signs of authentic handwork, not defects. We do not guarantee exact duplication of any previous piece or reference photo.

Product photos are taken in natural light. Colors may appear slightly different on different screens

Ready-to-ship items at Artful Rhythms are already made and ready to find their new home.

Before purchasing, please read the full product description, look through all photos, and check the measurements carefully. We photograph each tikka plate, platter, frame, and jewelry set to show true colors and details, but shades may look slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting.

Ready to ship products usually ship within the timeframe listed on the product page or checkout page.

Custom orders (names, dates, colors, designs) are made specially for you and cannot be resold.

Please double-check all spellings, dates, and design details before approving. Once you approve the design on WhatsApp/Email, we will begin work. Changes after approval may not be possible, or may incur an extra charge.

Orders are confirmed only after full advance payment via UPI, bank transfer, PayPal or the payment link on our website. Please share payment screenshot on WhatsApp if ordering directly.

Your order is added to our making schedule only after payment is received.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos/videos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

• An unboxing video (highly recommended)

We will offer repair, replacement, or partial refund as appropriate after review.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth only. Keep away from water, harsh chemicals, and prolonged direct sunlight to preserve colors and finish.
